Project Overview
For almost two years, monthly funding was generously provided by Redeemer Church for the education of Mario*, at I Can Special Needs School, in Beau Bassin. The request came through Caritas, Riviere Noire. Funding included monthly school fees and bus fare as well as uniforms, when necessary. From an angry, frustrated little boy, Mario’s* attendance at I Can Special Needs School changed him into an attentive, humorous young man thanks to the love and kindness of the staff.
