Project Overview
Bonheur Associe aux Enfants supports 75 children under 19 years of age. Lunch is prepared and distributed every school day for 65 of the beneficiaries. 45 children are welcomed three days during the week after school in order to help them with their studies.
A computer room with 3 computers is available for educational research which helps the beneficiaries cope with their studies and improve their academic performance. The room where the computers and foodstuff are stored is closed in with a corrugated iron roof. Because of this the room heats up considerably making the room unbearable to work in and damaging the computers/electronic equipment and food stuff. The purchase and fittings of an air-conditioning system with an air curtain will now assist the staff and children enormously. Three large fans have also been provided and the children are now able to concentrate.
