Project Overview

The ENL Foundation led this project and by collaborating with APPEL, this Capacity Strengthening Program provided training to 15 homeless men and boosted their capacity and opportunity to find and secure employment by providing them with tools to move from homelessness to their reintegration into society. Each activity was part of a comprehensive program that promoted self-sufficiency, self-development through introspection, and the building of self-confidence and esteem, thus, contributing to the improvement of their wellbeing and resilience as individuals. The activities of this employability and training project were grounded in the experiences drawn by the ENL Foundation team through the APRANN Project which was sponsored by the HSBC.
